Individually crafted handmade glass carafe includes a cork stopper perfect for storage. As for what to put inside? I love fruit blends, fruit smoothies, with a prep time of 5 minutes or less. this recipe is from Practical Paleo a new book I just got that is so easy to follow. Here is a recipe for a healthy fruit slushy. I used cherries & lemon, pineapple & lime, lemon & strawberry, lemon & peach, mango & lime – using frozen fruit will yield the best results, but you can use ice plus fresh fruit if that’s all you have.
Cherry-Lemon Slushy
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- ~1/2 cup ice
- ~1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (more or less to your taste)
- You can also top with chilled sparkling wine
