Happy Holidays from my Inbox to Yours

As I write this, I am burning the midnight oil and packing for my trip to London. Cheerio! I am looking ahead to the week after Christmas, after all the gifts are unwrapped, Christmas trees laying on the curbside, Hanukah candles melted down, and relatives from near and far having returned home. I will be peppermint latte and gingerbread cookied-out for sure. What about New Year’s Eve? Glittery sequined dress for the Fashion Hunter? Not so sure I am going all out. I will be the London Fashion Hunter for the week. I will probably wear a grey blazer with a mini-pouf sequined-flecked skirt, tights and booties with clutch in hand, and blast out the final eve of 2011. London-style. Can’t forget the glittery eyelashes. 😉

I am looking forward to not only exploring a new city, ~~speaking a new language~~, eating fish and chips, going to see Buckingham Palace, having a proper high tea, seeing Kate Middleton, shopping at Harrods, Topshop, and Liberty, browsing the sketchy flea markets in Soho and the West End, checking out the street style and of course, taking photos. And last but not least, watching my daughter cheer in the London Day Parade! But I digress.. I really want to wish you all a very happy holiday season.
