Street Style With Village Luxe

Do you ever wonder how to look like a street style star decked out head to toe? Did you ever look at your closet full of clothes and say to yourself, I have nothing to wear? Yes, a million times, yes. If you follow my blog or instagram, you know I clearly have a closet full of stuff. any fashionista feels the same way every day, they crave something new, something fresh. If you want to be a game changer without spending the money, there are ways. During this past New York Fashion Week when attending shows I wanted to achieve a certain look, but the dilemma was how to find it. I started doing research by looking online and pulled tear sheets from magazines for inspiration. But, I thought, I don’t own these pieces. #Stylist problems? Enter Village Luxe, A NYC community based fashion rental retail company that offers rentals of designer goods from high end closets in New York City. I find it a luxury to be able to pull from other people’s closets without actually stealing their look. You’re just borrowing it for a week or so. It is the easiest way to look like a million bucks without spending a million. After all, it was difficult to look calm, collected, and chic during New York fashion week’s sub-zero temperatures. I give myself an A for trying.
